| Teach your dog to walk on a plank and a moving surface. Dog should learn to go slowly and wait for a movement to stop before proceeding. Go slow; don't let your dog jump off. If they do, put them right back on. Continue, don't let them win. In a stationary position, the dogs learn to walk a plank. Now is the time to teach them to sit, stay, and down on the plank. I also teach them to do about turns on the planks. Praise them often. Make a big deal out of small wins. |
